Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This rear axle clamp fits the newer metal-handle upright chassis shared across several brands, including the Carpet Pro CPU3N and CPU3QD, Clean Max ZM800, Fuller Brush FBHD1T, FBMMPWCF4, FBPHD2, FBPHD2T and FBP_14PWBP, Maytag M500, and Titan T4000, T4000.2, T500, TC6000 and TC6000.2, part number 54.136. The clamp's job is to pin the rear axle in place within the base housing, and keeping both wheels aligned that way is what lets the base roll in a straight line and hold whatever nozzle height has been dialed in, instead of drifting or tilting as it moves.
A cracked or loosened axle clamp rarely announces itself as an obviously broken part on inspection, since it can still be in one piece while no longer holding the axle tight enough to do its job. The more common symptom is a wobble in the base as the machine is pushed, or a wheel sitting visibly out of line with its partner on the other side. Left unaddressed, uneven wheel alignment puts extra strain on the axle itself and on the base plate around the clamp's mounting point, which can turn a simple clamp swap into a more involved base repair if it goes on long enough.
Because this clamp is shared across several brand-specific chassis rather than built for a single model, the surest check is a direct comparison: hold the new clamp against the one you removed and confirm the shape, the axle seat and the screw holes all line up before fitting it.
