We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.
Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Titan's T4-HEPA is the HEPA exhaust filter used across the T4000 and T4000.2 heavy-duty uprights and the TC6000 and TC6000.2 commercial machines. It is the last thing the air passes through before it re-enters the room, which is why it matters more in an office or an allergy household than the bag change does.
A saturated HEPA filter shows itself through heat and noise before anything else. The machine runs hotter, the pitch climbs, and airflow at the nozzle drops away even with a nearly empty bag behind it. On a commercial upright running several hours a day, that point arrives far sooner than it would on a household machine.
Swapping it needs no tools. If the vacuum works daily rather than weekly, plan on a fresh filter well ahead of any residential schedule.
