Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part B625-0107 is the bag door latch and spring Titan lists for the TC6000.2, and the same latch fits the Carpet Pro CMP3N, CMP3QD, CMP3T, CPU3N, CPU3QD, CPU4N and CPU4T along with the Titan T4000.2.
The latch and its spring are what hold the bag door shut against the airflow moving through the machine while it runs. Once the spring loses tension or the latch wears at the catch, the door no longer holds tight, and dust that should stay contained works its way out around the door edge instead of through the exhaust. A fresh latch and spring restore a firm, positive close.

Fit the new latch and spring so the bag door closes with a firm, positive catch before you run the machine again.
