Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part X9670 is the harness frame for the Powr-Flite Comfort Pro backpack vacuum. The canister mounts to it, both the shoulder straps and the waist belt attach to its frame members, and it is what transfers the pack's weight onto your hips rather than your shoulders over a long shift.
Rental and contract-cleaning fleets put frames through the wringer. A cracked anchor point, a bent frame tube, or straps stretched beyond their adjustment range are all reasons a pack starts riding crooked and chafing, none of which means the vacuum motor or canister is at fault. A frame in good condition should let the waist belt take most of the weight once it is cinched, with the shoulder straps mainly holding the pack against your back rather than bearing the load.
Try the fully assembled harness on before returning a machine to service: uneven strap tension, a belt that will not stay cinched, or a frame that flexes visibly when you bend forward all point to hardware that needs replacing rather than adjusting.
