Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part C352-PF20, a 14 in. hard floor head, is what backpack crews reach for on tile, VCT, sealed concrete or hardwood floors, when the job calls for wide, fast coverage rather than detail work. That extra width turns a backpack rig into a faster machine on open floor, sweeping it clean in a single lap where a narrower combination tool would need three or four passes to cover the same ground.
It is listed for the Powr-Flite BP6P, BP6S, BP10P and BP10S backpack vacuums, and for the Carpet Pro SCBP1.2. For any machine outside that list, check the tool connection on your wand against this head before ordering, since backpack tools only interchange when the wand fitting actually matches.
Crews cleaning mixed floor types typically keep both a wide hard floor head and a narrower combination tool in the caddy, switching between them as the route moves from an open lobby into a carpeted office. The 14 in. head stays on the wand for the open runs and comes off for anything with edges, corners or carpet transitions to navigate.
