Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This reusable cloth shell replaces the disposable paper bag inside a Carpet Pro SCBP1 commercial backpack unit, part C352-1400, and gets emptied and refitted rather than thrown away after each job. Beyond the SCBP1 and SCBP1.2, it is also listed for the Powr-Flite PF300BP, the Koblenz BP-1400, the CFR 30BP, the Sanitaire SC412A, and Tornado's six-quart PacVac, so one bag covers a spread of commercial backpacks that would otherwise each need their own.
The cloth is what keeps the backpack's airflow sealed from end to end, so any break in that seal changes how the machine performs before it changes how it looks. A worn stitch or a collar that will not seat flush lets the motor pull unfiltered air around the fabric instead of through it, and the operator usually feels weakened pickup first and finds a film of dust across their back second, well before the bag itself looks obviously worn out.
Between shifts, shake the bag out completely rather than just tipping out the loose debris. Fine dust worked into the weave chokes airflow nearly as effectively as a paper bag left running past full, even though the cloth still looks empty at a glance, and a bag pulled early for replacement sometimes only needed a proper shake-out or a wash where the manufacturer allows one.
Check the closure and the collar stitching along with the fabric itself, since those two spots tend to give out well before the cloth wears through on a bag used daily on a route.
