Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These Sanitaire VGI black brush inserts measure 16 inches and replace the worn bristle strips in the brush roll of the Eureka SC899G and Sanitaire SC899G. The stiff bristles snap into the roller and dig into carpet pile to dislodge ground-in dirt and pet hair.

Over time the bristles flatten and soften, and once they lose their stiffness no amount of cleaning tangled hair from the roll will bring the agitation back. Fresh inserts are the economical way to restore full bristle height and cleaning bite without buying a complete brush roll.

  • Fits: Eureka SC899G and Sanitaire SC899G.
  • Function: Snap-in 16-inch VGI bristle strips.
  • Benefit: Renews deep carpet agitation at low cost.
