Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Bracket 2035, cataloged as part 37034, holds the bag adapter square against the outlet on a Eureka or Sanitaire commercial upright. Its purpose is straightforward: keep the adapter aligned so the disposable bag's collar meets the machine cleanly and holds that position through a full shift of repeated bag changes.
A failing bracket rarely announces itself the way a torn bag does. A cracked shell or a snapped mounting ear lets the adapter drift out of true by a few degrees, and once that happens the bag stops seating evenly against its collar. What an operator actually notices is dust leaking around the mouth of the bag and a bag that keeps working itself loose mid-shift, not anything that looks obviously broken at a glance, which is why the paper bag gets blamed while the bracket underneath is the real cause.
