Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 53115 is a tolerance ring sized for the brush roll bearing on Eureka and Sanitaire uprights, sold ten to a pack. It is a springy metal sleeve seated in the housing bore around the bearing, closing the gap that would otherwise let the bearing shift instead of holding it with a plain metal-to-metal press fit.
Once the ring loses its spring, the bearing starts to creep within its seat. You'll hear it as rumbling or knocking in the brush roll under load, or feel it as side-to-side play that keeps the roller from tracking straight across carpet. Pairing a fresh ring with the new bearing during the swap is what keeps it from working loose again.
The ten-count pack suits anyone rebuilding several rollers rather than tackling a single repair.
Reusing an old ring from a prior job rarely holds as well as a fresh one, since the metal has already lost some of its spring from being compressed once. Pairing a used ring with a new bearing is a common way for the same rumble to return within a few weeks of the repair, undoing the labor that went into the job.
