Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Across the full 15 in. width of the head, this is the component that does the agitating. SEBO catalogues it as 2838AM and draws it at position 104, the complete brush roller, on the exploded sheet covering the ET-1 and ET-2 power heads.
Fitment covers the SEBO ESSENTIAL G2 and ESSENTIAL G5, the FELIX 2 Premium, and ET-2 power heads in both the switched and unswitched builds. That position number carries a genuine ordering trap: the ET-1 column of the very same drawing puts a different roller at 104, the shorter 5010AM, so a part read off the diagram by position alone can arrive in the wrong length. Read the column heading as well as the number. Around the roller the sheet shows the left and right bearing blocks at positions 102 and 105, the toothed belt at position 103 and the drive pulley further down, which is the order to check things in when a roller has stopped turning under load.
This is the firmer of the two bristle grades SEBO offers at this width and the one to keep on a machine that lives on cut-pile carpet. The softer equivalent, for wool and low pile, is 2838GE. A roller that has gone smooth is quiet about it: the vacuum sounds exactly as it always did while lifting noticeably less out of the base of the pile, so height of bristle is the measure that matters, not noise.
