Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

ET-1 and ET-2 power heads pass this hinged door on to every machine built around them, which is why one orange component covers so much of the SEBO range. Part 2909VO ships complete with its axle and spring, and SEBO puts it at position 108 on the ET-1/ET-2, DART and FELIX parts sheets alike.

The door is what gets opened for belt and brush access, so its hinge sees more cycles than almost anything else on the head. As the spring slackens or the axle wears its bore oval, the door stops sitting flush: it hangs open a few millimetres, drags on carpet as the head is pulled back, rattles over hard floors, and eventually breaks at the pivot where the plastic has been working. Fitting the assembled part restores the pivot and the closing tension in one go, with no hardware to transfer across from a broken door and nothing to line up by hand.

Full fitment runs to the SEBO ET-1 and ET-2 power heads in both the with-switch and without-switch versions, the FELIX Premium and FELIX 2 Premium, the DART, the AIRBELT D4 PREMIUM, the AIRBELT E3 Premium, the AIRBELT K3 PREMIUM and the C3.1. Behind the same door sit the parts most often replaced with it: toothed belt 2923, axle 2928, spring 2929 and orange foot pedal assembly 2937OR. Roller sizes split by head — the 12 inch 5010AM covers the ET-1 heads, FELIX Premium, DART, AIRBELT D4 PREMIUM, AIRBELT E3 Premium, AIRBELT K3 PREMIUM and C3.1, while the ET-2 heads and the FELIX 2 Premium take the 15 inch 2838AM.
