We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Simplicity Allergy S20EZM combines a bagged upright with a stretch hose and onboard tools for floors, furniture and detailed cleaning. Five manual height settings help you match the nozzle to the carpet, while HEPA media in the bag and filter adds a useful layer of particle capture.

Compatible supplies and care
Use SAH-6 HEPA media bags and the SF20EZM filter set. The specified replacement belt is EZM-B2. Check for a full bag or blockage when airflow drops; do not rely on the indicator alone. Disconnect power before maintenance and replace filters as directed in the manual.
