Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Simplicity S20EZM Belt is a genuine OEM replacement belt sold two to a pack for the Simplicity S20EZM. The belt links the motor to the brushroll, spinning the agitator that lifts dirt and pet hair out of carpet.

Belts stretch, glaze, and eventually snap with use, and a worn one slips so the brushroll turns slowly or stops, leaving carpet under-cleaned and lines of debris behind. A stretched belt can also slap or burn with a rubber smell. Fitting a fresh genuine belt restores full brushroll speed and proper agitation, and the two-pack means you have a spare ready for the next change.
