Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM motor housing (Part #1871201000) fits Royal commercial uprights and encloses the motor while directing airflow for efficient suction. It forms the sealed chamber that keeps air moving through the machine on its intended path.
When the housing cracks, air leaks reduce suction and can allow debris to reach the motor and cause damage. A replacement housing restores the airtight seal that the motor depends on for strong, consistent performance.
