Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The complete fancase assembly, part 2670116000, for Dirt Devil and Royal uprights. It fits the Dirt Devil 089000 and the Royal 089000, 1020, 1025, 1028Z, 1030Z, 1030DZ, 1038Z and 1040, the 2000, 2008, 3000 and 3008, the 89130C, 89135C and 89137, the CR5128Z and CR5130Z, the RY8100, RY8500 and RY8600, and the UR38200.
The fancase is the scroll that wraps the fan and turns its spin into airflow through the machine. It is also where the damage goes when something hard gets pulled up: a coin or a screw cracks the case, and after that air leaks out of it instead of pulling through the nozzle. Suction drops off sharply and the machine usually gets louder at the same time.
Because this is the complete assembly it goes in as a unit. Inspect the fan while the case is open, since a strike that cracked the case has often chipped a blade too.
