Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine Royal 18-inch brush roll (part #440010639) has hexagonal ends and fits Royal models 380, 381, 391Z, 690, 691, 692, 693, 1050, 1058, 1058Z, 7900, 7910, 7920, 7930, CR5158, and CR5158Z. It agitates carpet fibers to lift embedded dirt. Some models use square ends, so this is the hex-end version, redesigned in May 2017.
As the bristles wear down, the roll loses its ability to agitate carpet and the machine leaves more behind. Tangled hair and thread add drag and wear the belt. A fresh brushroll restores powerful carpet agitation.
