Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

D480-87A3 is the bag mount assembly for the 30 series uprights from Riccar and Simplicity, and it is listed for the Maytag M1200. The spring is included, so the mount and its spring are replaced together under one number rather than sourced separately.
Order it when the mount is cracked or broken, or when the spring supplied with it is weak or missing. Either fault leaves the bag mount unable to hold its position the way it should, and a mount that will not hold is worth replacing as an assembly rather than trying to restore one part of it.
