Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Oreck UK30300PC Conquer pairs a 35-foot cord with slim swivel steering, so the head turns around chair legs and doorways without forcing the whole body of the machine to pivot along with it. Two cleaning speeds let the motor back off for light rugs or run wide open on deep carpet as the room demands, with the lower speed the safer choice on loose or delicate rugs.
Five LED headlights spread across the nozzle light the floor while pushing, which proves most useful in stairwells, closets and any room where the overhead fixture leaves a shadow exactly where cleaning is happening.
