Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Original / pre-Facelift Triflex HX1 only. Not for HX1 Facelift, HX2, HX3, or Duoflex HX1.

The genuine Miele HX-FSF fine dust filter, part 11385020, fits the original Triflex HX1 filtration system. This listing supplies the filter only, not a dust bin or separator assembly.

Choose the correct filter generation

Use HX-FSF for the original HX1. For HX1 Facelift, HX2, or HX3, choose HX-FSF-2 fine dust filter 11945240 instead. The two filters are not interchangeable.

Filter care

Miele specifies tapping the filter to remove dust and recommends replacement approximately every three years to maintain performance. Follow your machine's instructions and replace a damaged filter sooner.
