Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This control circuit board (Part #46851066) is a replacement PCB for the Hoover WindTunnel 2, fitting models U8347-900, U8351-900, and U8351-950. The board manages motor speed, brush-roll engagement, and the indicator lights.
When the board fails, the vacuum may stop responding to button presses, run erratically, or refuse to power on at all. Because it acts as the machine's control center, a failed board disables functions no amount of switch-flipping will restore. A fresh board brings full electronic control back.
