Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Hoover field coil nut for the Model 65 secures the field coil assembly inside the motor housing on Hoover 65, 1030, 91, C1065, C1069, C1085, C1091, C1111, C1123, C1125, C1401, and additional Convertible models. This OEM fastener holds the coil tight against vibration during operation.
If the nut loosens or its threads strip, the field coil can shift within the motor, producing a rattle, reduced power, or an intermittent electrical connection. Torquing a sound replacement nut back into place keeps the coil seated and the motor running at its rated output.
