Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Hoover axle bag flange retainer (part 35434040) is a New Models replacement that holds the bag flange seated on its axle, fitting Hoover uprights including C1065, C1067, C1069, C1111, and C1125 among other Convertible-era models. It keeps the bag mount located correctly on the machine.
When the retainer cracks or works loose, the bag flange can shift off its axle, which lets the bag sag or unseat and breaks the sealed path air needs to follow. That shows up as weak pickup and a bag that will not sit right. A fresh retainer locks the flange back in position.
