Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This OEM Hoover handle retainer plate (part 35463002) is the Convertible-style plate with a locating tab, fitting Hoover 1030, U4125, U4313, U4387, U4451, U4531, U7019, U7021, U7039, U7041, and additional models. It holds the handle assembly secured to the machine body.

A retainer plate that cracks or loses its tab lets the handle work loose, so it shifts under your grip and feels sloppy on every push. That looseness also stresses the surrounding handle hardware. A fresh plate locks the handle firm again for comfortable, controlled steering.
