Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The upper motor housing (Part #42195504) is a replacement housing for the Hoover 913 commercial vacuum, fitting the Hoover 91 series. It encloses the upper half of the motor assembly and shields it from dust and debris.
If the housing cracks from a knock or from age, the motor sits exposed and pulls in grit that shortens its life, while the assembly can drift out of alignment. A sound housing rebuilds that protective shell and holds the internal components squarely in place.
