Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Wheel keps nuts for the Eureka 2700 series, part 53121, sold ten to a pack. A keps nut carries its own captive washer, so it clamps the wheel to the axle and resists backing off under vibration without a separate washer to drop or lose.
These are what hold the wheels on. A nut that has been over-tightened, cross-threaded or corroded lets the wheel wander out along the axle — the machine starts to drag to one side, and eventually the wheel comes off entirely mid-job.
They will not fit Capture models. Fitment covers the Eureka and Sanitaire 1950A, the C2094FB through C2094H1 range, the S635A, S645A, SC684F, SC688, SC689A, SC886F, SC886G and SC899G, along with the Electrolux-Eureka EL8602A, EL8605A, EL8702A, EL8902A, EL8905A and EL8907A. Snug each one without crushing the axle.
