Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This genuine OEM replacement wheel (part 35858A2) fits Eureka and Sanitaire 2000 Series SC679 uprights, covering models 2122A, 2124A, 2134A, S635A, SL635A, and SL635B. Matched to the original dimensions, it carries the machine and rolls it across the floor.
A worn or broken wheel makes the vacuum harder to push and can let a flat spot or exposed bearing scratch bare floors. The uneven roll also drags at one corner.
