Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The axle spring is what lets the rear wheels ride over a threshold or a carpet seam instead of the whole machine bouncing across it, and the screws in this ten-count pack, part 5323811, are what hold that spring mount to the Ultra-series housing.
These mounting screws take the same vibration the spring does, and over years of use they back out or strip their holes in the plastic housing. A loose mount lets the spring shift, and the machine develops a rattle at the rear or the wheel assembly works looser with every push.
This pack is listed for the Eureka and Sanitaire 1950A, 2122A, C2094FB, C2094GW, S635A, S645A, SC684F, SC688, SC689A, SC886F, SC886G, SC889A, SC899G, SC9180B, SC9180D and SL635B. If your model is not on that list, check the screw head and thread against the original before ordering.
A rattle that only appears when the machine crosses a threshold or a carpet seam, rather than one that is constant, points more toward this mounting hardware than toward the spring itself, since a sound spring with a loose mount will still shift under that kind of jolt.
