Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Pure Suction in the name signals a Complete C3 built around suction alone rather than a motorized brush head, which in Miele's lineup typically points a machine toward bare floors and low-pile surfaces more than deep-pile carpet. It carries the HomeCare designation as well, meaning it is sold through independent dealers rather than general retail.
Like every C3, it is a bagged canister vacuum, so whatever the suction head lifts goes into a sealed bag rather than an open bin. For a home where hardwood, tile, and low-pile rugs dominate, that combination of straightforward suction and contained dust collection tends to be more machine than is actually needed for shag or thick wall-to-wall carpet.
Buying through the HomeCare channel also means a dealer who has fitted these machines to real houses can help confirm whether the suction-only approach genuinely matches your floors, or whether one of the C3 trims built around a motorized head would serve you better if carpet makes up more of the home than expected.
Skipping the motorized brush also means one less moving part to eventually wear out, which is a real advantage on a floor that never asked for agitation in the first place. Suction alone is plenty to lift dust and debris off hardwood, tile, or a low-pile rug, and running a powered brush head across those same surfaces mostly adds noise and wear without adding cleaning performance.
