Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This is a 35mm upholstery tool sized for Miele canister models that keep their attachments stored inside the machine body, sold under part 54-1703-62.

It is the tool for sofas, cushions, mattresses, and car seats, where a floor nozzle is the wrong shape for the job and a crevice tool covers too little ground at a time to be practical.

Vacuuming upholstery on a regular schedule, rather than only when it looks visibly dusty, is what actually keeps embedded debris from working its way deep into the fabric where a surface pass will not reach it. Working in overlapping passes in one direction and then again across it lifts more than a single quick sweep does.
