Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

HC in the Complete C3 HC Electro+ stands for HomeCare, Miele's channel for canister vacuums sold through independent specialty dealers rather than big-box retail, and the Electro+ designation places it among the more fully equipped machines in that channel. It is a bagged canister vacuum on the same C3 platform as the rest of the range.
Buying through the HomeCare channel is less about the machine looking different and more about who stands behind it after the sale.
