Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Shedding is a daily event in a pet household, and the Complete C3 Cat & Dog is the configuration Miele built for exactly that pattern of mess. It shares the bagged canister design of the wider C3 line, but the Cat & Dog name marks it out as the version aimed at homes where fur and dander are a constant rather than an occasional nuisance.
A sealed bag is arguably more useful here than anywhere else in the lineup. Pet hair and the dander riding along with it go into the bag and stay there until it is tied off and thrown away, instead of getting knocked loose into the room the way an open dust cup can when it is full and being emptied.
Like the rest of the C3 platform, the canister body rolls on casters rather than riding on your arm, so working through a house with more than one pet and more than one type of flooring does not turn into a chore. The hose and wand reach under furniture where shed hair tends to collect.
What people underestimate about pet hair is how much of the problem is airborne rather than sitting on the surface. Dander is small enough to stay suspended in a room long after the visible hair is gone, which is why the seal at every point of a vacuum, from the nozzle to where the bag is removed, matters more in a pet household than a house without animals. A bagged system keeps that seal intact through disposal in a way an open bin, however large, cannot quite match. Miele authorizes Vacuums and More to sell the Cat & Dog configuration, and pet owners are welcome to bring in a sample of what they are dealing with before choosing between this and the rest of the C3 range.
