Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

A commercial upright earns its keep in daily multi-hour shifts, and among its parts the motor is usually the first to show that wear. The tells are fairly consistent: an electrical or burnt smell, noise that climbs into a grind or a whine, power that cuts in and out mid-pass, or the unit refusing to start at all. None of that improves with a new bag or belt.
