Returns & Exchanges

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This spacing spring, part number B624-0100, is built for non-clutch metal brushroll assemblies and is listed across Carpet Pro, Clean Max and Titan commercial uprights. Its job is to absorb the brushroll's end play, keeping the roller centered inside the nozzle so its ends stay clear of the housing instead of drifting sideways and dragging against it while the roller turns.

Small as it is, the effect on the machine is outsized. A spring that has gone missing or lost its tension usually announces itself by sound before anything else: a rattle or scrape coming from the nozzle, brush wear that is uneven across the roller's length, or a belt that keeps slipping off track. Technicians commonly reuse the old spring during a brushroll swap, which means a tired one often gets carried over and the new roller ends up behaving exactly like the one it replaced.
