Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 1604947 is a pre-motor filter used across a wide slice of Bissell's bagless uprights: the PowerGlide 2763 and 9182W machines, the 2043 Lift-Off Pet Plus series, and the 2252 to 2260 range among others.
Sitting ahead of the motor, it takes the dust the cyclone leaves behind. That is a steady diet, and a full one is felt rather than seen: less pull at the floor head, a motor note that climbs, warm exhaust, and a machine that needs more passes than it used to over the same carpet.
It also covers the 2281, 2316, 2461, 2475, 2709, 2790, 2817, 3197A and 3198. Keep a spare in the cupboard and change it on a schedule, because a filter doing seventy percent of its job looks identical to one doing all of it.
