Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This Plastiflex Zipper Hose Sock (Part #VS-PZBL35) is a 35 ft blue knit cover that slides over a central vacuum hose to protect it from wear. The zippered design lets you fit or remove it quickly, and the stretch-knit fabric sizes to standard central vacuum hoses.

A bare hose scuffs and frays as it drags across floors and doorways, and its hard surface scratches walls, furniture, and baseboards along the way. The sock cushions the hose against that wear while shielding your home's surfaces from marks as you clean.
