Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Expedited UPS Ground is available at checkout for an extra charge, including on orders that qualify for free standard shipping. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part #TBORFAPOI01 is a second-generation wireless remote control handle for retractable-hose central vacuum systems, supplied with its receiver. The on-handle controls let you power the system on and off right where you are cleaning, so there is no walking back to the wall inlet between rooms. Its wireless signal carries across a range of more than 300 m.

A built-in safety feature powers the system down automatically after 20 minutes of continuous running; a press of the start button brings it back on. This handle works with retractable-hose setups and connects to the Retraflex-style hose in place of a wired handle. Note that units produced before 2025 are not compatible with this generation.
