Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This wireless remote control handle (SKU TBORFAPOI23) is a black 2nd-generation replacement handle sold without a receiver, for retractable-hose central vacuum systems that already have a paired receiver installed. On-handle buttons start and stop the system without a trip back to the inlet.

Its transmitter carries more than 300 m, and the motor shuts off automatically after 20 minutes of continuous running as an accidental-start safeguard; pressing start again resumes cleaning. Because no receiver is included, use it to replace a broken or lost 2nd-generation handle. Handle versions made before 2025 are not compatible.
