Shipping Information

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Most in-stock orders using standard shipping are processed within 1-5 business days, and most arrive 2-11 business days after they are placed. Backordered and special-order items may take longer. Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This wireless remote control handle (SKU TBORFAPOI21) is a second-generation replacement handle for a retractable central vacuum hose. Its built-in wireless control starts and stops the power unit from the handle itself, so you no longer have to walk back to the inlet to switch the system on or off. The signal carries over 300 m, and a safety timer shuts the unit off automatically after 20 minutes of continuous running; a press of the start button brings it back.

This is the no-receiver version, intended for systems already equipped with a compatible 2nd-generation receiver such as the ones paired with handles TBORFAPOI01 and TBORFAPOI03. Units made before 2025 are not compatible. Order SKU TBORFAPOI21 to replace a worn or damaged wireless handle.
