Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Windsor Versamatic secondary filter (Part #52-2315-03) is a replacement protective filter for the Windsor Versamatic commercial upright. It sits after the bag and catches fine particles that pass through it before they reach the motor.

Without a sound secondary filter, that fine dust reaches the motor and gets expelled back into the facility, which shortens motor life and fouls the air. As the filter loads, airflow drops and dust starts showing in the exhaust. Replacing it clears the airflow and keeps the motor protected.
