Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These Windsor Versamatic bags (Part #53-2400-08) are replacement paper bags supplied ten to a pack for the Windsor Versamatic commercial upright. Each bag traps dust and debris while keeping the airflow that professional cleaning depends on.

Under heavy commercial use a bag fills quickly, and a bag packed past three-quarters full chokes suction and forces dust past the seal toward the motor. That both weakens cleaning and shortens motor life. Keeping fresh bags on hand lets crews swap early and hold suction steady through the shift.
