Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Windsor Versamatic handle neck assembly (Part #53-6205-06) is a complete replacement neck for the Versamatic 2 and Versamatic 3 commercial uprights. The neck is the junction where the handle meets the vacuum body, carrying steering loads every time the machine is guided across the floor. This assembly arrives with the components needed for a solid connection.

When the neck cracks or works loose, steering turns vague and the handle wobbles, which makes the vacuum tiring to control and hastens further damage. A failing junction can eventually separate under load. Replacing the whole neck assembly restores a firm, secure link built for daily commercial duty.
