Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

These Windsor Sensor paper bags (Part #53-2402-06) are replacement disposable bags in a 10-pack for the Windsor Sensor commercial upright. Each bag captures dirt and fine dust while air flows through to the motor, and the pack suits the fast bag turnover of commercial cleaning. The set is also listed under alternate part #52-2419-08.

A full bag chokes suction, leaves dirt behind, and forces the motor to work harder for less pickup. In high-traffic settings bags fill quickly, so having spares prevents downtime mid-shift. Changing the bag around three-quarters full keeps suction strong and helps protect the motor.
