Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The Windsor Sensor pulley belt (Part #52-3304-04) is a replacement belt that works with the clutch belt to drive the brush roll on Windsor Sensor commercial uprights. It fits the SR-12, SR-15, and SR-18, and is also referenced as WI-5379 and 312 3M HTDII-6.

The two belts form a system that controls brush engagement for different carpet types. When this pulley belt wears, the brush roll may spin only intermittently or fail to engage at all on a cleaning pass. Replacing it restores the controlled, reliable brush drive the two-belt system is designed to provide.
