Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This complete Windsor Sensor handle assembly (Part #53-6805-02) replaces the entire handle on the Windsor Sensor 12 and Sensor 15 commercial uprights. It arrives with the internal wiring and components already in place, so there is no need to transfer parts from the old handle. The handle carries both the operator's grip and the wiring that runs up from the body.

If the handle is cracked, has broken internal wiring, or no longer locks in position, a complete assembly is the most reliable fix. Patching individual failures inside a worn handle often leads to repeat problems. Replacing the whole unit restores solid control and dependable wiring in one step.
