These are the white crimped brush strips for the clamp-design agitator used in Riccar PV series uprights, part B375-4300. These strips are the individual bristle rows only, not the roller itself: they clip into the agitator channels and lock under the clamp, so only the bristle gets renewed while the core and shell of the brushroll stay in the machine untouched.
This crimped white filament is the gentler grade offered in that agitator lineup, meant for fine weaves and delicate carpet rather than heavy-duty commercial loop pile. Wear on a brushroll is rarely even across its length: the center of the roll takes the most traffic and shortens first, and once those bristles stop reaching full pile depth, the agitator loses its lifting power even though the belt and motor are both working fine.
