We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders of $100 or more within the 48 contiguous United States. Eligibility is calculated on the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before tax.

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

This replacement Turbo Nozzle is built for Miele canister vacuums and cross-references Miele 4811. Its brush roll spins on the vacuum's own airflow, agitating carpet fibers to lift embedded dirt and pet hair that suction by itself tends to leave in the pile.

As the brush bristles wear or the roller binds with wrapped hair, agitation weakens and medium to thick carpets stop coming clean.
