Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Part 10.9011-353 is the quick-disconnect elbow joint for the Wessel Werk EBK340 and EBK341 power nozzles, the pivoting connector where the nozzle meets the hose's QDC (quick-disconnect coupling) fitting. It is what lets the nozzle swivel and tilt as you push it across the floor instead of the whole hose having to twist with it.
A worn elbow joint shows up as a nozzle that binds or drags when you angle it, or as a faint hiss and a drop in suction at the nozzle head once the joint's seal has opened up with wear. Because the joint sits right at the connection point, play or looseness here also tends to work its way into a rattling or wobbly feel at the handle.
Fitted specifically to the EBK340 and EBK341; confirm your power nozzle's model before ordering, since Wessel Werk uses different elbow designs across its EBK power nozzle range.
Check the QDC latch itself at the same time you replace the elbow, since a worn latch and a worn elbow often show up together on a nozzle that has seen years of hose swaps, and replacing one while ignoring the other just delays the next repair. Wipe down the pivot surfaces before fitting the new elbow, since grit trapped in the joint will wear a fresh part just as fast as it wore the old one.
