Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.
Return eligibility
Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.
Shipping and refunds
For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

The height adjuster on a Wessel Werk EBK360 or EBK361 central vacuum power nozzle is the mechanism that raises and lowers the head as you move from carpet to bare floor. Part 10.9048-316 is the replacement assembly. Reach for it when the selector will not hold a setting, feels loose or gritty through its travel, or has cracked and left the nozzle stuck at one height.
The symptoms show up on the floor before anyone works out the cause. Stuck high, the brush roll skims over carpet pile and the nozzle stops picking up. Stuck low, it scrubs hard floors and the head becomes hard to push. Either way, one surface in the house cleans badly while the other seems fine, which is a confusing thing to diagnose.
After fitting, run the adjuster through its full range once or twice to check it latches at every position. It fits the EBK360 and EBK361 nozzles.
