Shipping Information

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Designed for carpet, the Wessel Werk EBK360 Power Nozzle features a QDC quick-disconnect neck and cross-references Wessel Werk 4844. A motor inside spins the brush roll to beat and lift dirt from carpet and area rugs, adding the mechanical action that plain suction cannot provide.

A power nozzle that has lost its agitation, whether from a worn belt, a seized roller, or flattened bristles, cleans carpet no better than a bare wand. That is usually when pet hair and ground-in grit start to linger in the pile. Swapping in this replacement head brings back full brush action and the deeper clean it produces.
