Returns & Exchanges

Need to return an item? We’re happy to help. Eligible items may be returned by requesting authorization within 35 days of delivery. Once approved, your return must reach us within 21 days.

Return eligibility

Items must be unused, in new condition, and include their original packaging and all accessories. Machines that use water cannot be returned once unboxed, unless defective upon arrival.

Shipping and refunds

For non-defective returns, customers cover return shipping. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. If your order included free shipping, our actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Eligible returns have no restocking fee.

Finished in gray, the Wessel Werk EBK360 Power Nozzle uses a QDC quick-disconnect neck and cross-references Wessel Werk 4843. A motor drives its brush roll to agitate carpet fibers, loosening embedded dirt and pet hair so the vacuum can pull it clear.

Carpet cleaning drops off noticeably when the brush stops turning, whether from a stretched belt, a jammed roller, or worn bristles, leaving the head to skim the surface. Restoring proper agitation is what brings deep pickup back. This replacement nozzle reinstates full motorized action and the thorough clean that comes with it.
